About me

Hi everyone, my name is Kelly McCraw and I am a fitness professional.  I work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. 

I have been involved in sport and exercise from an early age and have played many sports.  At the minute I am attempting to train for triathons which is hard but great fun 🙂

My aim for my blog is to help you achieve your fitness and health goals, dismiss any fitness myths you may have and help you enjoy exercise.  I will do this through discussing training techniques, training programmes, diet and nutrition, tried and tested techniques and what works and what doesn’t.

Most of all though i will blog in a language you understand so that you can use my information to your advantage.  Feel free to comment on anything that I publish as your comments will be very useful.  So have a look around and get in touch….. most importantly keep active folks 🙂
